Days 3 - 12
Tour Highlights

Your journey begins in the Netherlands, cycling through peaceful rural river landscapes from Amsterdam to Arnhem. Along the way, you experience charming Dutch countryside scenery before crossing the border into Germany.

In Germany, the route takes you through the industrial heritage of the Ruhr region and onward to the vibrant cities of Düsseldorf and Cologne, where impressive Gothic architecture and the world-famous cathedral define the skyline.

Continuing south, you follow the scenic Rhine and Moselle river valleys, passing through Bonn before arriving in Koblenz, where the two rivers meet. The landscape gradually transforms into rolling vineyards, hilltop castles, and historic riverside villages that make the Moselle region one of Europe’s most picturesque cycling destinations.

The route also leads to Trier, Germany’s oldest city, known for its remarkable Roman history, ancient ruins, and striking cathedral. Here, you can visit the famous Porta Nigra, a Roman city gate dating back to 18 AD.

From Trier, the journey continues through Luxembourg and into France, ending in Metz, the medieval capital of Lorraine. After exploring its beautiful cathedral and historic streets, the tour concludes. Most of the route follows dedicated cycling paths along the rivers, creating a comfortable and scenic riding experience throughout the trip.
