Our all-inclusive approach ensures a seamless experience from the moment you board. We provide the essentials so you can focus on the cycling and the scenery.
- 14 nights in a premium outward-facing cabin with private facilities

Deposits & Payments for 2027 Tours
Deposit is $1000 per person.

100% Refundable for 30 days from date of payment.

80% Refundable up until 150 days prior to tour start date

50% Refundable up until 120 days prior to tour start date

Full refund if Bike & Barge needs to cancel.
The remaining balance is due strictly 120 days before your tour departure date. No refunds after 120 days. We accept payments via bank transfer or major credit cards through our secure online payment portal or a check via snail mail.
General Information & Booking
- All cabins feature private en-suite bathrooms.
- Pricing is based on double occupancy; single travelers may opt for a cabin supplement. Single supplement is imited.
- Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid travel insurance and necessary visas.
- Flights and transportation is not included. Van transport to the airport is included only on tours ending in Amsterdam.
Wait List
Our fleet has a maximum capacity of 20 to 24 guests per tour depending on the boat. If your preferred departure is full, we maintain a waiting list. Just fill out the reservation inquiry form above and check the waitlist box for the tour your are interested in.
Wait-listed guests are notified immediately of any cancellations in the order they joined.
